Company Associate Members are non-voting member companies that are not directly engaged in the home energy rating process. These range from HVAC contractors that perform design and installation services, to equipment manufacturers that equip the home energy rating industry. They also include individuals who want to join separately from their company.
Individuals interested in joining may complete the application below. While individual members are not eligible to vote in Board of Directors elections, they are able to participate in the growth and development of the Home Energy Rating Systems Council. Individual Memberships are due and renew annually at the first of the year. If your application is accepted past the first month of the year, a prorated amount based on the remaining month(s) of the year will be the membership due. Upon renewing, the membership dues will return to the normal amount, due at the first of the year.
